Dear Hugh,

As you know, Cathay Pacific Airways are appealing against the C.A.A. decision in the Hong Kong/London v. v. route

case.

It would be very helpful if I,

accompanied by my brother, Adrian (who is a Director of Cathay) could have an interview with the Minister of State (Peter Blaker) to express the particular reasons for our concern, and to discuss the matter in general.

I would be grateful for your

confirmation that this is arrangeable in principle. If so, we would like to fix a time, in the reasonably near future, convenient to the Minister.
