Hong Kong Government as a party to the appeals
arising out of the above applications made legal submissions on 9th and 22nd April in accordance with the appeal procedures set out in Reg. 16 of the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations
1972.
It has however been intimated to me that you wish to receive and consider a submission by Hong Kong Government under Reg. 16(14) of the Regulations upon matters relevant for consideration under section 4(3)(b) of the Civil Aviation Act 1971.
