1. Both Adrian and John Swire are coming to see you at 10.30 am on 3 April to discuss the position following the CAA's decision to licence BCAL on the London/Hong Kong route.
2. John Swire telephoned Mr Murray to say that he had been warned/not to get into discussion of matters that would form part of CPA's appeal against the CAA decision. Mr Murray said he was sure that they could have a discussion with Mr Blaker which would not prejudice the appeal proceedings. The Swire brothers have now confirmed that they will come along on Thursday.
