Honourable Members will be asked to advise whether the rents to be charged on renewal of the leases covering the piers listed at Annex A should be assessed on the basis of the application of a multiplication factor of 5 to the rentals currently payable.

(The Director of Marine, Registrar General, Commissioner for Rating and Valuation and the Assistant Superintendent of Crown Lands and Survey (Administration) (Mr W.I.T. Cminden) will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item)
