Amend the Immigration Ordinance.

Annex A

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment)(No. 2) Ordinance 1980.

(a)

Section 18 of the principal Ordinance is

in subsection (3), by deleting "Vietnam"

and substituting the following

"a country specified in the Schedule";

and

(b) by deleting subsection (4) and substituting

the following

"(4) The Legislative Council

may by resolution amend the Schedule.".

Repeal of

section 37M.

3. Section 37M of the principal Ordinance is

repealed.
