SCALE OF FARES

CHINA MOTOR BUS COMPANY LIMITED

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13(1) of the Public Omnibus Services Ordinance, the Governor in

Council has determined :-

(a)

the scale of fares specified in Part I of the Schedule which may be charged for the carriage of passengers, baggage and goods on the specified routes or group of specified routes shown therein; and

(b) the maximum rate of increase specified in Part

II of the Schedule which may be permitted by the Commissioner for Transport under Section 13(3) of the Ordinance in the Soale of Fares specified in Part I of the Schedule.

PART I

The adult single fare for each specified route or group of specified routes, or a section of such specified routes, shall be as specified against the specified routes or the section distance of such specified routes.
