NUMBER) NOTICE 1980

Made by the Governor in Council under section 7E

Citation.

1. This notice may be cited as the Taxis (New

Territories Taxis) (Limitation on Number) Notice 1980.

Limitation on number of New

Territories taxis.

Duration of limitation.

2. The total number of vehicles which may be

registered as New Territories taxis shall be 838.

3. The limitation in paragraph 2 shall remain

in force for a period of 6 months from the date of

publication of this notice in the Gazette.
