ROAD TRAFFIC (PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES) (AMENDMENT)

REGULATIONS 1980

Made by the Governor in Council under section 3

Citation and

commence-

ment.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road

Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations

1980 and shall come into operation on 19 October 1980.

Amendment of Third Schedule. (Cap. 220, sub. leg.)

2. The Third Schedule to the principal regulations

is amended

ww

(a) by deleting items 1 and 2 and substituting

the following -

#1. Hong Kong and

Kowloon Taxis

$4.00 for the first 2 kilometres and 50 cents for every 1 kilometre thereafter.

2.

New Territories Taxis

$2.40 for the first 2 kilometres and 30 cents for every 1 kilometre there- after.";

(b)

in item 3, by deleting "22 minutes" and sub-

stituting the following

"2 minutes"; and
