DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) (AMENDMENT)

(NO. 3) REGULATIONS 1980

Made by the Governor in Council under section 5

Citation and

commen ce- ment.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous

Goods (General) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1980 and

shall come into operation on 27 October 1980.

Amendment of regula- tion 177D. (Cap. 295, sub. leg.)

Regulation 177D of the principal regulations is

in paragraph (1), by deleting "containers"

and substituting the following

"container"

in paragraph (2), by deleting "which is being

handled" and substituting the following

"during the first 72 hours that

it is"; and

(c)

in paragraph (3)(b), by deleting "72 hours"

and substituting the following

"21 days".
