DANGEROUS GOODS (CLASSIFICATION) (AMENDMENT)

REGULATIONS 1980

Made by the Governor in Council under section 5

1.

These regulations may be cited as the

Dangerous Goods (Classification) (Amendment) Regulations

1980 and shall come into operation on 1 June 1980.

Amendment of Schedule. (Cap. 295, sub. leg.)

2. The Schedule to the principal regulations

is amended in Category 6 by inserting before the item

"Potassium Borohydride", the following

"Manganese Ethylenebiscithiocarbamate (polymeric)

(Maneb) preparations at concentrations of 60%

or over".
