DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) (AMENDMENT)(NO. 2)

REGULATIONS 1980

Made by the Governor in Council under section 5

Citation and commencement.

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous

Goods (General) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1980 and

shall come into operation on 1 March 1981.

(a)

in paragraph (1) -

(i)

and

by deleting "and" in sub-paragraph (c);

(ii) by inserting after sub-paragraph (c) the

following sub-paragraph

"(ca)

the routing of and method of fixing

any pipeline which is to be installed

for the purpose of distributing gas

from the store to any part of the

premises which the store serves or

is intended to serve, and the material

of which it is to be constructed;

and"; and
