14.

Section 20(1) of the principal Ordinance is

amended by inserting after "using" the following

Amendment of section 22.

15. Section 22 of the principal Ordinance is amended

by inserting after subsection (2) the following

subsection

#1 (3)

The owner of an aerial ropeway shall

not resume the use and operation thereof without

the permission of the Director under subsection

(2).".
