1. Welcome Governor's latest views.
2. Would Hong Kong Government be prepared to take an equity
share in the project if HMG decided to do so? Would obviously
help Ministers in reaching a favourable decision if this were
so.
3. Does the Governor agree with the points to make set out in
the brief for Peking attached (Lord Carrington's Visit to China:
Brief No. 8(d)), and for meeting with Sir Lawrence Kadoorie
(Secretary of State's Visit to Hong Kong: Brief No.13).
