In the light of Mr. Stones reports and the Minutes of 30th June,

the Management Committee meeting of 27th

was prepared on this basis and presented to the KEC at the last Management Committee Meeting on 9th July, 1980. Mr. Stones said this expressed his understanding of the KEC's views and asked them if this was correct. (See Attachment Five). Apart from some minor modifications

they confirmed verbally that this was so.
