An oil storage depot, the layout and design, height and disposition of all buildings, storage tanks installations and ancillary offices to be subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works and the Director of Fire Services;

Pending construction of a permanent road, temporary road access will be given at the grantee's expense. The width and carrying capacity of the road will conform to Public Works Department/Civil Engineering Office standards and be able to carry vehicles weighing up to 20 tonnes.

A limited temporary fresh water supply will be provided at the grantee's expense pending provi-

sion of a permanent water supply.

The grantee to provide an adequate pumped sea water system for fire fighting purposes at his own expense to the requirements of the Director of Fire Services.

The Company will be required to bring the depot into operation within 36 months of the date of grant.

$41 million which may be payable either in a lump sum or a downpayment of 10% on the day of execution and the remainder by ten equal instalments with interest calculated at 10% p,a,, the first being payable together with the down- payment and the remaining instalments on the nine subsequent anniversaries of that date. The lease will be non-assignable.
