The Council considered memorandum XCC (80)32.

The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:

that a statutor Board of Governors

should be set up on the lines proposed in paragraphs 6-11 of the memorandum,

subject to the approval of the Finance.

Committee of the Legislative Council,

to be responsible for the commissioning.

and anagement of the Dental Teaching

Hospital;

(b) that a Provisional Board as proposed in

paragraph 12 of the memorandum should

be appointed by the Governor; and

(c) that subject to (a) and (b) above the

fees proposed in Annex A to the

memorandum should be approved for

guidance of the Provisional Board.
