I enclose a draft programme and would be grateful if you could let me have your comments by telegram.

On March 30th a good deal of time could be ined by use of a helicopter at 'A' and 'B', but I have put in travel by land and water because it is pleasanter and one sees so much more.

I assume there will be time for a press conference at the airport before departure on 1st April. If not, I suggest the programme on 31st March be rearranged to fit in a press conference at 5.00 p.m.
