Hong Kong visit does not start until the evening of 26 Septem- ber, some of the items suggested may have to be cut.

5. It would be helpful to have advice on Lady Carrington's interests. At this stage, she may wish to consider visits to

hospitals or to schools in the territory. I understand that

there may be an opportunity for her to perform an opening

ceremony at one or other of these institutions.
