the UK and Hong Kong, some of them - nationality, university
fees arising as a result of recent policy decisions in London.
From the Governor's point of view it will be essential to brief
the Secretary of State on these matters, which are of considerable
topical interest and will probably be raised during the Secretary
of State's meetings with UMELCO and the Urban Council (Items M
and R in Hong Kong telegram No 1017), and at the press conference
at the end of the visit.
