MY VISIT TO HONG KONG; NOVEMBER

1. I have suggested to Jack Cater that I should visit Hong Kong from 16 to 30 November. I have asked him to ensure that I have time for a good long session with you. There are a number of things which I would like to cover. One particular point on which I would be grateful for your views is whether I should get more detailed briefing on the Guangdong Nuclear Project. Perhaps you could discuss this with Jack Cater.
