Mrs Gingell has just spoken to Information Branch

and they have shown her their release to the prss on

Mr Nott's speech as it was when he took it out of this

country. This includes some short excerpts from the

speech on major points. One of them includes the phrasing

including 'management'; another includes the word 'sub-

sidies' which is in a slightly different context, however,

than in the articles, but the first paragraph of the

Financial Times article is not in it. That appears to be
