As you know, my Minister will be visiting China and Hong Kong at the beginning of April. This is essentially a return visit to the Minister of Railways who visited the UK last year, although the Minister will be touching on other transport topics too (he will probably meet the Minister of Communications). I shall be going with the Minister.
