TSUEN WAN EXTENSION

The combined MIS/Tsuen Ean Extension is

now being financed as a whole. About $9900m has been raised in export credits and local and overseas loans.

$810m from Hong Kong Covernment in return for equity,

$400m Hong Kong bond issue (10-year bond at 9-3/8 per cent maturing in 1986).

HKS 207 m Notes issues (5 year notes at 6-3/8 maturing in 1983)

About $900m during construct on period. All debts repaid in 1993..
