I refur to FCO telegram No.84 of 29 May 1980 addressed to Hamilton. The following is a summary of the position insofar as the UK Denendencies are concerned:

In the following 5 territories the position is:-

The abovementioned telegram states "A similar Order will be made in relation to Anguilla under the Anguilla Act 1971."

Belmopan Tel. No.154 states (of 20 May) states Belize wish Order-in-Council to be made under the 1980 Act.

Hamilton tel.No.72 of 30 May also wish O-in-C extending the UK Act to Bermuda.

Montserrat tel No. 61 of 21 May 1980 also wish Order-in-Council extending UK Act to Montserrat

New Hehrls - Now inlenendent but they also wished Order-in-Cour

extending UK Act to New Hebs.
