Act 1964

The abovementioned Act (which was extended to

Hong Kong) will be superseded by a "Protection of Trading

Interests Act" which has completed its passage through the

House of Commons, and the new Act will probably complete

its stages in the House of Lords by the end of February,

Royal Assent being expected some time in March.

The new Act will repeal the Skinnings 1964 Act

and may be of considerable significance
