We have had several requests recently for briefing or advice on the current constitutional development of the remaining dependent territories. I seem to remember that, when I was doing what amounts to your job in 1972, a document circulated every six months giving the current state of play. Would you be kind enough to discover what happened to that? It might be worthwhile reviving it on the same basis, i.e. a six monthly revision.
