I have now checked through the file and don't think you have missed any points. There are however 3 points I should like to make. In your excertions in para.1 you now include Bermuda but is it "international political considerations" which rule out Bermuda for independence? Perhars this deserves a sentence on its own. (ii) I think we should make the
