Just in case you have not already seen it I am enclosing a copy of a telex concerning our interview programme for Administrative Officers.
In detail the programme I propose is as follows
January
February
March
26 and 27
2 to 4 inclusive
16 to 20 inclusive ) 25 to 27 inclusive)
}
2 to 6 inclusive)
Administrative Officer Staff Grade 'C' (14 only)
Administrative Officer
The reason for the break for the week ending 13 February is that Hamish is due to visit CSSB. The other break on 23 and 24 February is because I have a Police Board on those days.
So far we have received just under 200 applications and we will have to spend a day reducing these to manageable proportions. I would say about 100 to be interviewed should be right. I suggest either 9 or 12 January for the pruning.
