Structure of Attorney General's Chambers
My Chambers consist of 3 Divisions, each headed by a Law
Officer reporting to me plus a small private office consisting of an
Assistant and the Training Officer.

The Prosecutions and agreements, false imprisonment cases, etc. Division, head by the Director of Public Prosecutions, is responsible
for advising the police and ICAC in regard to all prosecutions, both as to the policy to adopt generally and also its implementation in
individual cases, and also for conducting all criminal cases, utilising
as advocates either members of Chambers or briefing out to the private
Bar.
Terms and Conditions of Service of Crown Counsel
The establishment and terms of service are as follows

Salary $22,930.
Annual leave with retention of house.
Entertainment allowance $6,000 per year.
