Can we check again with PSD and ODA on the leave status allotted for DS personnel in Grand Turk, and Montserrat. Mr Edwards in PSD, whom I saw with Mr Goulden, said that they had Montserrat down as ?12 months.

c) If we have to make a special case for individual Governors,

we shall have to consider carefully the implications for their secretaries. Are they to be deprived of leave if their bosses get it?
