The Inspection Reports for the Summer round are being processed and distributed to Departments. I shall be holding debriefing meetings with each inspection team in my office (Curtis Green 107) at the following times:

2. I should be grateful if you would attend or arrange to be represented. Given the difficult staffing decisions on which Inspectors are currently being required to make recommendations, I should be grateful if all Departments could be represented at the debriefing meeting, at which final decisions on staffing are taken, at an appropriate level. Where major staffing recommenda- tions require decision, I should be grateful if you yourself could attend.
