Council or by letter if the Constitution allows them?
Have imperfections in the Constitution been identified
and recorded for correction when the Constitution
is next revised?
When were Standing Orders for the Legislative
Assembly last revised? Were they agreed by the
Clerks Office of the House of Commons? How
promptly and how accurately is Hansard produced?
Is the Gazette regularly produced?
What is the gap between a Bill being passed in the
Assembly and Assent?
Are Clerks to the Executive Council (or Secretary
to the Cabinet) and the Legislative Assembly up to their jobs?
Are the Public Service Commission Laws and Regulations satisfactory? When were they last revised?
How often does the PSC meet?
Is it following the right procedures, has the correct relations with the Personnel Department, and does it produce minutes promptly?
