The recommendations made by the Standing Comission in its First Report or Civil Service Pay (Report No. 2) will be considered by the Finance Committee at its meeting on 12 December 1979. Pending Government acceɔtance of the recommendations, it will be necessary to phase the timin of payments for different groups of s aff because of the amount of work that has to be done.

Target dates for the timing of payments are : follows :
