The Hon. S.L. Chen, OBE, JP. General Manager of the Hong Kong
Electric Co. Ltd. Mr. Chen is an Unofficial Member of
the Legislative Council.
He is also a member of the
Council of the Hong Kong Polytechnic, Hong Kong Training
Council, Board of the Hong Kong Industrial Estate
Corporation and Hong Kong Playground Association
Executive Committee. He is Chairman of the University
& Polytechnic Computer Centre and the Hong Kong Productivity Council.
The Rev. the Hon. P.T. McGovern, SJ, OBE, JP.
Father McGovern
is an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council.
He is also a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Relations ICAC, Action Committee against
Narcotics and Economic Review Committee.
Mrs. Grace Ho, JP. Deputy General Manager of the Hongkong &
Yaumati Ferry Company. Mrs. Ho is an Urban Councillor.
She is also a member of the Transport Advisory Committee and a Director of the Board of Management of the HK
Tourist Association.
Mr. Gordon M. Macwhinnie, OBE, JP. Mr. Macwhinnie is a company
director and an experienced accountant. He is a member
of the Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee ICAC, Council of the Hong Kong Polytechnic, Deposit-Taking
Companies Advisory Committee and the Board of Governors
of the Hong Kong Arts Centre.
