In the course of our investigations the question has arisen as to whether or not the Immigration Service should continue to be included among the disciplined services. A suggestion has also been made to us that the disciplined services should be expanded to include, for example, Traffic Wardens. We make no recommendations at this stage and propose to examine these issues further in the course of subsequent reviews.
