is acceptable to the Agency. The incore group referred to by Mr. Cheong-Leen should, therefore, have little difficulty in obtaining a loan either from the Agency or

from other banks.

To sum up, the short answer to Mr. Cheong-Leen's plea on behalf of farilies earning between 5,000 to

$10,000 a month is that Goverment is avare of the

shortage of medium and large flats in relation to demand and intends to reedy the situation by tackling the crux

of the problea which is land supply.
