In accepting this offer of componention and in consideratim of the said am, I agree to waive all and any rights to and alaine for and that I will not elain my compensatim to which I might otherwise have bem mtitled under the Haas Transit Railway (Land Resumption and Related Provisima) Ordinance or otherwise and this waiver may be pleaded in bar, to any proceedings brought by me, or for, or on my behalf, before the Lands Tribune).
