the campaign for public housing by boat squatters living in the Yau Ma Tei Typhoon Shelter in Kowloon and, in particular, from the arrest of some of them and their supporters on 7 January when they tried to present a petition to the Governor. Lord Brockway has taken a close interest in the case, and asked two previous questions on 12 February and 7 March.
