Mr Robert Parry MP Labour (Liverpool, Scotland Exchange) wrote to Lord Goronwy-Roberts on 25 January about a letter which he had received from the Hong Kong Society for Community Organisation about incidents involving Hong Kong boat people. has also put down a Question for oral reply (though it is not expected to be reached) in the House of Lords on 14 February.
Mr Ben Ford MP wrote a similar letter on 23 January to which Lord Goronwy-Roberts sent an interim reply on 31 January, and Lord Brockway has put down a question in the House of Lords for reply on 12 February on the same subject.

We have asked the Hong Kong Government for a full report. In the meantime, I submit an interim reply to Mr Parry.
