After only operating the suid Wai Hing & Company for less than 16 months Mr. Chang Liang Hou has completed quite a number of contracts with a total turnover of US$36,106,910.75. In view of the large quantity of steel that has to be examined before acceptance of contracts and shipments and also in consideration of the need to establish a steel manufacturing factory a trust-worthy quality controller shall be required in Mr. Chang Liang Hous business and accordingly the most reliable person that may assist Mr. Chang Liang Hou will be his son, the applicant herein, and in the exceptional circumstances we shall be most grateful if you will entertain our client's application favourably.
