the 15th June, 1978 in respect of the estate of my late

wife who died intestate on the 23rd May, 1976 and the

company search on the share-holdings of the said Tin Po

Restaurant Limited, I am in a good position to support

Miss So Fung Yee financially and I further undertake to

support Miss So Fung Yee financially during her stay

in Hong Kong.

I also further confirm in particular that as I have no

one to turn to for entrusting the handling of large
