aged 24.

The abovenamed Miss So Fung Yee is the holder of Certificate of Identity No. AW358821 has recently been permitted to leave China for Hong Kong and is allowed to stay here until 10th April 1979.

Miss So is the daughter of Mr. So Sik Kwai deceased and she was prior to coming to Hong Kong residing at Kam Tong Village, Pun Yu, Kwangtung, China.

We are informed by Mr. So Po the elder brother of Mr. So Sik Kwai deceased that he is prepared to act as Miss So's sponsor to support her permanent stay here.

Mr. So Po has substantial means and is the registered owner

of the following landed properties :-

1. R.P. of Sec. A and C of Marine Lot No.90 (Nos.191-193

Queen's Road West, First and Second Floors, Hong Kong) Subs. 1 of Sec.B of Inland Lot No.1300 (No.42 Hill Road, Ground Floor and Cockloft, Hong Kong.

Mr. So Po is the Managing Director of Tin Po Restaurant Limited of No.250 King's Road, 1st floor, North Point.

Mr. So Po acquired at least a half portion of his deceased wife's vast estate particulars whereof are set out in the photo copy Letters of Administration No.1195 of 1978 hereto attached.

Much efforts were spent by Mr. So Po to procure the presence of Miss So in Hong Kong as shown by his letters addressed to Miss So through this office on 6th October 1977 and 17th May 1978 copies whereof are attached hereto for reference. Mr. So will look after Miss So as his own daughter.

We shall be much obliged if you will kindly grant permanent residence to Miss So.
