(a) whether the Immigration (Amendment) (No 3) Bill

1979, at Annex A, should be introduced into the Legislative Council; and

(b) whether the Immigration (Vietnamese Prohibited

Immigrants) Order 1979, at Annex B, should be made, subject to the bill being approved by the Legislative Council.
