agreed, among other things, that the parper should have a table attached giving the figives for illegal and legal immingents (and, if available, the figures for emigrants from Hong Kong - I and I thought detailed figues for this woe not available). I promised that we would prepare and a table and send it to Ni Walker by Tuesday evening 30 November, so that we could take account of the Octoberfigurs up to the 29th. Can
you have this prepared please: I thich the Nr Webb's table-side the cover -flag Airs just what is needed, with the Octobe figue (+ enigration figies if readily available)?

A Walker rang me to day to ash the to let him have what frigives
were available, so I gave him the figues in the table (+ the third column which I have added, with Hong Kong's estimate of the mumber of illegals who succeed & getting in), with the figues for October up to the
