I shall keep in touch with the Home Office. Given the presentational importance of achieving a respectable flow of refugees from Hong Kong to the UK, particularly over the next few months, I am sure that we should brief our Ministers to give strong support to any proposal from the Home Secretary on the lines anticipated by Mr Head.
