United Nations Secretary general, Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) by members of the ICRC and its

.fficials of the ICRC dealt mainly

with the problem of Indochina refugees, who will be the subject of a UN conference on 20 and 21 July. Mr. Waldheim invited the ICRC to attend as an observer.

Mr. Hay emphasized the determination of the Red Cross movement as a whole to help the victims of the Indochina tragedy wherever they may be, provided the governments concerned give it the essential facilities.
