The meeting agreed that the following working papers should be prepared for discussion at the meeting on 18 July:

and use. (Paper to be prepared by US representatives). b) Safety of life at sea and related issues, including first port of call. (UK to prepare). c) Possible ways of putting pressure on the Vietnamese including
