1. Before receipt of your TUR, the Prime Minister had
already instructed, as a result of her talks in Canberra,
for consultations to be put in hand immediately with
Australia, the US, Canada and perhaps France, with a view
to arriving at a common approach to the conference.

have therefore called a meeting of officials from these
missions in London on Wednesday, 11 July and have asked
