These figures exclude persons who are still in the country of temporary asylum, but have been accepted for resettlement by another country and are merely await- ing departure. They total some 13,000 persons, of whom 9,900 are boat people. d Plus 2,647 persons on "Skyluck" still awaiting permission to land. Plus 1,542 persons on "Tung An" still awaiting permission to land.
