the draft of a reply for the Prime Minister to send to

Mrs. de Roland-Peel of the British Committee for Vietnamese

Refugees. As you will have seen, the Prime Minister replied to Mrs. de Roland-Peel in the terms you suggested.

Mrs. de Roland-Peel has now addressed a further letter to the

Prime Minister, of which I enclose a copy. I should be grate- ful for early advice on how the Prime Minister might respond to this second letter.
